Healthy Eating

Corn is a very healthy thing to eat. When you cook corn, you release high levels of ferulic acid, which helps battle cancer. Also, cooked corn has lots of antioxidants, which help protect against heart disease. And corn helps eliminate oxidizing free radicals in your body, which makes for another good health benefit.

what i did today

Hey everyone!

This is my first post on my new blog, so just thought I'd recap my day:

I ate a corn salad for lunch (and by corn salad I mean a heap of corn with 3 leaves of lettuce on it). Mmm, that was good. Then I had some corn flakes, corn bread, and corn meal, and then washed it down with a gallon of high fructose corn syrup.

Then I played Xbox all afternoon.

Well, gotta go to my monday meetings!
